Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Seamreach (“Seamreach”, “we”, “us”), including our website, applications, and org-chart building tools (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the charts, people records, photos, logos, and other content you upload or create using the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service — for example, to render your charts, generate exports, and power AI-assisted import features. You're responsible for having the right to upload any photos, logos, or personal data you add.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Shared and exported content

Features like view-only share links and PDF/PNG/PowerPoint export are designed to let you send charts to people outside your organisation. You're responsible for deciding what to share and with whom — revoke a share link at any time from the chart's Share panel.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; we may retain or delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seamreach isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
